Jaime Nicole Dudney was blessed to start her acting career at the age of four. Appearing on her mother’s show, “Barbara Mandrell and the Mandrell Sister’s”, which was watched each week by forty million viewers, she got to express her love of performing. Being raised in this family, Jaime learned intimately about the entertainment business and studied closely the success and talent that surrounded her. She put her acting career on hold until the age of 18, when Brandon Tartikoff, former president of NBC, rediscovered her. Jaime was cast in the CBS movie “XXX’s and OOO’s” which was shot in Nashville, TN. This stirred up her love for acting and she decided to move to LA, which led to several jobs including Days of Our Lives and Diagnosis Murder. After a few short years in LA, Jaime was cast as “Georgia Tucker” on ‘As the World Turns” and moved to New York City. She played this character for two years and gained critical acclaim and a nomination for “Best Female Newcomer”. After finishing the show, Jaime studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, England. Her studies also include, the Groundlings Improv and Playhouse West under the instruction of Robert Carnegie. Her travels brought her back to Nashville, her hometown, where she is honored to teach the lessons she has learned over her lifetime. |
